Desert Park Raceway is located in Stead NV, about 15 minutes north of Downtown Reno.

From 395, Exit Lemmon Valley Dr and head East for about 6 miles. The track is located about 1/4 mile past the airport fence where the pavement ends.

Liability Waiver

All attendees (regardless of whether or not they are driving/riding) MUST sign and print a liability waiver.

Disclaimer: Aside from Race events, Desert Park Raceway is not staffed or insured. Driving and Riding is done AT YOUR OWN RISK. By signing the liability waiver, you agree that NNKC is not responsible for any injuries or damage that occur on NNKC Property.

Hosts

Day-pass visitors must be attended by a current member of NNKC. If you do not know anybody in the club, please contact us.

Price

The cost for a day pass is $35. Day Passes can be purchased on our store.

Rules

Please be respectful and considerate of others on and off the track.
All vehicles must comply with safety rules and pass a self-inspection.
No Karts and Motorcycles on the track at the same time.
Please share the track; work with others around you to divide into groups and sessions as necessary.
Please clean up after yourself. Brooms can usually be found in the scale house.

Track Overview

Some Notes on the track

Faster vehicles will see as much as 70mph on the front straight.
Turn 1 and 2 are a decreasing radius corner that can be tricky to navigate. The fastest line may not always be the safest!
Turn 3A is often referred to as “short 3”
Turn 3 is often referred to as “long 3”
Turn 5 features major elevation change cresting over a tight left hand turn.
Turn 7A is often referred to as “the bus stop”
